Kevin has been weight training since he was 15 years old (2005), and has always been competitive. He weighed 125 lbs when he graduated high school and within a year he was back down to 118 lbs. Kevin decided to join the navy in 2009 and decided it was time to get back in shape. He bulked up to a solid 143 lbs going into boot camp at the age of 19. After boot camp and settling down in the Navy, Kevin decided to start weight training and investing his time in nutrition and bodybuilding. He started to compete at the age of 24 (2013) and took 2nd in his first two shows. One for the Armed Forces and his first NPC show, where he competed in the novice division. Kevin did his first open bodybuilding class in 2014, took 1st place, and repeated his victory in 2015. In 2017, Kevin took 1st place at the Patriots Challenge Las Vegas and 3rd place in the NPC USA Lightweight division. Now he is on the journey to earning his pro card and become a competitive IFBB Pro 212 athlete. Kevin loves the lifestyle and will continue to live it for a long time. "It's in my blood to do this." Kevin hopes his work ethic and journey motivates others to go out there and achieve everything they want in life, not just in fitness but in general.
