Judy A, a Personal Trainer, Specialist in Fitness Nutrition, a NPC Figure Competitor, and to top it off a wife and mom of 3! She has received her certifications from the International Sports Science Association, where she continues to further her education. Judy and her husband Timothy own their own online fitness coaching business, “Be Better Than, LLC.” They cover everything from Nutrition, Diets, Workout Plans, and if you are in the Las Vegas area, they offer Boot Camp Classes at the park and personal training. She competed in her first show in Los Angeles, CA at the Golden State Venue and took second overall in 2015. She then competed in her first local show in 2016 where
